Absolutely! If you opted for a monthly or annual subscription, you can cancel at any time during the term of your subscription. When you cancel, your commitment will end at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to be able to generate personas for free until the end of that billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Projects in Studio and Agency plans allow you to create isolated environments for managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Each project provides:

  • Complete data isolation: Personas, integrations, and settings are kept separate between projects
  • Team collaboration: Invite team members with specific roles (Admin or Editor) per project
  • Custom integrations: Set up dedicated Google Sheets, HubSpot, or WooCommerce connections per project

Projects help you organize your work by client or business unit. Each project acts as a separate workspace where you can:

  • Organize personas by client: Keep each client's personas separate and organized
  • Configure integrations per project: Each project can have its own HubSpot, WooCommerce, or Google Sheets connections
  • Manage team access: Invite team members to specific projects with different permission levels (Owner, Admin or Editor)
  • Maintain data isolation: Data and personas from one project never mix with another

Every user also has a default 'Personal' project for their own work, which uses account-level integrations and cannot have team members. Studio plans include 5 projects, while Agency plans include 10 projects.

Team collaboration is available in Studio and Agency plans. You can invite team members to specific projects with different permission levels:

Owner: Full access to project settings, team management, integrations, and billing
Admin: Can manage team members, edit project settings, and access all personas
Editor: Can create, edit, and delete personas within the project

Team members receive email invitations and can accept to join the project. Studio plans support up to 3 team members, while Agency plans support up to 10 team members. Team members can be part of multiple projects with different roles in each.

White-label branding is available exclusively with Agency plans. It allows you to customize persona sheets and exports with your own branding:

  • Custom logo: Upload your company logo to appear on persona sheets
  • Brand colors: Set primary and secondary colors to match your brand identity
  • Professional deliverables: All exported persona sheets and PDFs will feature your branding instead of EdenPersona's

This feature is perfect for agencies who want to deliver branded persona documents to their clients. The white-label branding only applies to persona sheets and exports - the main EdenPersona interface remains unchanged. Each project can have its own branding settings, allowing you to customize deliverables for different clients.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately with prorated billing. You'll instantly get access to additional features, projects, and team member slots.

Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure you don't lose access to paid features mid-cycle. Your data is preserved during downgrades:
  • Excess personas are archived (not deleted) and can be reactivated if you upgrade again
  • Projects beyond your new plan's limit become read-only until you upgrade or consolidate
  • Team members beyond your new limit are notified but retain view access until the transition is complete

Legacy Pro users can upgrade to any new plan while maintaining their grandfathered pricing benefits where applicable.
