2. Purpose and Scope
EdenPersona.com is a SaaS platform allowing the creation of marketing personas using artificial intelligence. These Terms govern the use of all our services.

Using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you cannot use our services.
3. Access and Registration
3.1 Access Conditions
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization
- Have a valid email address
- Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- Not be banned from using the service
3.2 Account Creation
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
- Immediately notify any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities on their account
4. Platform Usage

- Design and interface
- EdenPersona brand and logo
5.2 Your Rights to Personas
📄 Usage License
Once created, you have a complete usage license for your persona:
- Unlimited commercial use
- Modification and adaptation
- Integration into your projects
- Transfer to your clients
No additional royalties are owed to EdenPersona.
6. Availability and Maintenance
6.1 Availability Goals
We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, with an availability goal of 99.5%. However, we do not guarantee absolute availability.
6.2 Maintenance and Interruptions
- Scheduled maintenance: 48-hour advance notification
- Emergency maintenance: notification as soon as possible
- Unpredictable interruptions: no prior notification
7. Limitation of Liability

EdenPersona cannot be held responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions
- Use of personas by third parties
- Decisions made based on personas
EdenPersona's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Data and Artificial Intelligence
8.1 Data Processing
The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 AI Usage
EdenPersona uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate personas. These services are subject to their own terms of use.
🤖 AI Warning
Personas generated by AI are fictional creations based on statistical analysis. They do not represent real people and should be used as decision-making tools only.
9. Suspension and Termination
9.1 Suspension by EdenPersona
EdenPersona may suspend an account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of amounts due
- Threat to platform security
9.2 Termination by User
Users can terminate their account at any time from their settings or by contacting support. Data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
10. Terms Modifications
EdenPersona reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email and on the platform with 30 days notice.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Scottish law. In case of dispute, Edinburgh courts have sole jurisdiction.
12. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement, we encourage amicable resolution. If necessary, mediation can be organized before any legal action.
13. Contact and Support
Affiliate Program
Program Overview
EdenPersona offers an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform.
Commission Structure
- Commission rate: 25% recurring
- Duration: 24 months from the first payment
- Withdrawal period: 15 days (commissions are counted after the withdrawal period has passed)
- Retention period: 30 days (the referred customer must maintain an active subscription for at least 30 days)
- Minimum payout: $250
Attribution Model
We use a last-click attribution model. If a customer clicks on another affiliate's link before making a purchase, that affiliate will be credited with the referral, even if they clicked on your link earlier.
Cookie retention: Affiliate tracking cookies remain active for 90 days. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and converts within 90 days, you will receive credit for the referral (last-click attribution applies).
Affiliate Rules and Restrictions
⚠️ Prohibited Practices
- Self-referral: You cannot refer yourself or create accounts to refer yourself
- Impersonation: You cannot pretend to be EdenPersona or represent yourself as an official representative
- Fraudulent use: Any fraudulent or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited
- Spam: You cannot use spam or unsolicited emails to promote your affiliate links
Payment Process
- Individual affiliates: A payment justification document will be automatically generated for accounting purposes
- Company affiliates: An invoice must be provided with each payout request
- Payments are processed after approval by EdenPersona
- Payment confirmation emails are sent automatically when payments are processed
Termination
EdenPersona reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activities. In such cases, pending commissions may be forfeited.
